CBS was asked to design a facilitated session between TIE and Scottish Water to resolve issues and provide solutions for improved working relationships. The CBS team delivered an interactive and fast-paced session, which concentrated on positive action and solutions. From this a clear plan was provided and this has been crucial in supporting the progress, which has since been made. CBS has been asked to continue to support us in this process.

Our CBS training sessions had an instant impact on the presentation skills of our team. Everyone now feels more confident and our delivery is much improved. We asked CBS to design a series of tailored workshops to meet the development needs of the management team from our three restaurants. Over the course of seven sessions, staff covered everything from leadership and motivation techniques to selling skills. Staff found the workshops very useful and enjoyable. Our trainer helped them develop individual action plans which they worked on and meant they could see clear results by the end of the workshops.

CBS delivered three workshops to Trust Housing staff on Recruitment and Selection. The workshops were lively and interactive and the feedback from staff was overwhelmingly positive. The training proved a helpful refresher in all aspects of recruitment and selection. The trainer covered all essential material and staff left feeling confident and knowledgeable.
