Description
Good businesses plan in advance - not just months but years in advance.
This course will teach you how to put together a robust and coherent plan. We'll give you our business plan template and we'll show you how to use it properly. We'll cover the pitfalls that trip most people up when putting a plan together and make sure you avoid them. We’ll help you to assess where your business is, what stage it’s at, but how to take it forward and get where you want it to be.
This course is aimed at anyone running their own business, involved in the strategic planning of a business or has an interest in the subject.
