Description
This course aims to give the delegate an insight and overview to basic business financials. Business owners, managers and employees need to have a basic level of financial awareness to help a business succeed. This course will give the delegate an understanding of accounting fundamentals, making and measuring profit, managing cash, budgeting and evaluating business opportunities.
Course Contents
Financials are an essential part of running a business, a department or a division within a larger organisation. This course will give you the competence and confidence to handle business financials within your role.
- Read financial statements;
- Analyse your business' performance;
- Estimate a business' market value
- Make and increase profit; and
- Manage and improve cash flow.
