This course helps businesses to promote themselves through online and digital media. It covers a wide range of digital marketing techniques including search engine optimisation, social media, email marketing, Google AdWords and web analytics. It is taught by an ex-Google AdWords employee.
As a result of attending this course, delegates should have a clear understanding of all the options available to promote their businesses online and a firm idea of which techniques should work best for their business. They will be able to take advantage of digital marketing opportunities and, as importantly, track the success of their efforts. A real must in the digital age. Digital Marketing will improve sales and can also drive efficiencies in your business. This has a double positive effect on turnover and profit.

Using online to increase sales opportunities
Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
Making use of Social Media
Best practise for email marketing
An introduction to advertising online using search engines like Google AdWords (a £50 AdWords voucher is included as part of this course)
Measuring success: using Google Analytics to track how effectively your online marketing is performing
